Registration, User ID, Password, and Updating My Company Profile

a)  Registration

1. I would like to register as a One2furniture Member.
   To register as a member of One2Furniture, just click the Join Free link and complete the registration form provided. Once you have registered yourself as a member, you will be able to enjoy our member benefits and services by log in to i One2.
   
   
2. What if I receive an error message during registration?
   An error message will appear if your email address already exists or is invalid. All you need to do is enter a different email address to register for your new account. Please ensure you enter a valid email address in order to register successfully. If you continue encountering problems even after trying this, please contact us at info@one2furniture.com and our service staff will attend to you shortly.
   
   
3. I'm sure I've entered the correct User ID and password, but I still can't login.
   Please ensure that you have not made any spelling mistakes or other similar errors. Try re-entering your details to see if you are able to log in. If the problem persists, please contact us at info@one2furniture.com and our service staff will attend to you shortly.
   
   
4. Email verification issues.
   Our email address verification feature ensures you will be able to receive messages at your company email address. In order to ensure that you receive all messages directed to you, please verify your address when prompted.
   
   
   

b)  User ID and Password

1. I want to change my password.
   Just follow these simple steps to change or update your password:
   •  Sign in at i One2 .
   •  Click " Edit Password " under " Member Profile ".
   •  Change your password.
   •  Submit when done.
   
   
2. I have forgotten my User ID and password.
   If you forget your password, you can retrieve it and / or change it by follow these simple steps:
   Click the “ Forgot Password? ” link.
   Enter the email address that you submitted during your initial registration.
   Your Password will be sent to your registered email address. Please feel free to change or update your password if necessary.
   
3. Can I change my User ID?
   You are not encouraged to change your User ID. However, if you have a valid reason for wanting to do, please contact us at info@one2furniture.com and our service staff will advise you on this matter.
   
   
   

c)  Updating My Company Profile

1. I want to modify my registered information
   To modify your registered company information (i.e., registered company name, address, etc.) just follow these simple steps:
   •  Sign in at i One2 .
   •  Click “ Edit ” under “ Company Profile ”.
   •  Change your company information.
   •  Submit when done.
