    a) If you have already registered as a One2furniture Seller, just follow these simple steps to upgrade your membership:
    •  Sign in at i One2 .
    •  Click on ¡° Upgrade Membership ¡±
    •  Complete the ¡° Upgrade Membership Form ¡±.
    •  Submit when done.
    •  Our service staff will reply to you shortly.

    b) If you are not a registered One2furniture seller, you may contact us at info@one2furniture.com directly. Our One2furniture sales will attend to you shortly.

  1. What is i One2?
    i One2 is the One2 membership for One2furniture. It allows registered members to use buyer tools such as Post Inquiry, Post Trade Leads, Edit Member Profile and so on. In order to enjoy your membership benefits, please Register as a One2furniture member and remember to log in at I one2 .

  2. How do I upgrade my member information?
    To modify your registered member information (i.e., Name of Contact Person, Contact No, etc.) just follow these simple steps:
    •  Sign in at i One2 .
    •  Click ¡° Edit ¡± under ¡° Member Profile ¡±.
    •  Change your member information.
    •  Submit when done

  3. Would I be able to view my new edit information at One2furniture immediately after updating them?
    No. After you edit information, our One2furniture service staff will review the information in order to ensure that is of the best possible quality. The process will be completed within 24 hours, and only the approved information will be available for viewing online.



c) Trade Leads

  1. What are Trade Leads?
    Trade Leads are where buyers and sellers directly post trade offers to buy or sell. Every new registered user can post their trade leads immediately after they log in for the first time. Unlike product catalogues which sellers post online for buyers to browse, trade leads are much more active, encouraging buyers and sellers to interact and conduct transactions directly.

  2. Would I able to view my Trade Leads at One2furniture.com immediately after posting them?
    No. If you post or edit Trade Leads, our One2furniture service staff will review the information in order to ensure that is of the best possible quality. The process will be completed within 24 hours, and only the approved information will be available for viewing online. One2furniture reserves the right to modify any content submitted.

  3. How many Trade Leads can I post?
    As a One2furniture member you can post unlimited trade leads.

  4. How do I post Trade Leads? To post your Trade Leads, just follow these simple steps:
    •  Sign in at i One2 .
    •  Click on ¡° Post a New Trade Lead ¡±
    •  Input the trade lead information. (Attach a product image by either selecting from existing products or browsing for a new photo)
    •  Submit when done.



d)  Posting Offers

  1. How do I post an offer?
    One2furniture Pass members can post offers by following these simple steps:
    •  Sign in at i One2
    •  Click on ¡° Global Buyer Club ¡±
    •  Select buyer (You can sort the buyer by country or email availability)
    •  Click ¡° Offer Now¡± or ¡° Add to Offer Basket¡±
    •  Input your subject and message (Attach a product image by either selecting from existing products or browsing for a new photo)
    •  Submit when done

  2. How many products can I post?
    You can only post one product at a time. To post more than one product, repeat the steps above.

  3. Why can't I find the buyers' email addresses?
    To protect buyer privacy, the email addresses cannot be viewed. One2furniture Pass members can post offers to buyers without viewing their emails by log in at i One2 .

  4. How do I know whether the buyer has received my offer?
    One2furniture cannot guarantee that the offer will reach the buyer's email.

  5. How can I trace my previous posted offer?
    •  To trace your previously posted offers, just follow these simple steps:
    •  Sign in at i One2
    •  Click ¡° Sent Box ¡± under ¡° Message ¡±
    •  Results will be displayed



e)  Products

  1. What are Categories?
    Categories is a feature for pooling multiple products with distinct similarities together. With One2furniture you can segregate your products into different categories to allow them to be easily found when a potential buyer executes a keyword search.

    For example, let's say your company markets bedroom furniture, primarily King Size Beds. The product category name would be ¡°King Size Bed' and it will be listed under the broader Bedroom category.

    In ¡° Categorize in i One2¡± , you can create, edit, and remove a category.
    Each company is already mapped to multiple categories during registration. Therefore all product categories will be created based on these predefined categories.

  2. How do I categorise my products?
    One2furniture Pass members can categorise products by following these simple steps:
    •  Sign in at i One2
    •  Click ¡° Categorise ¡± under ¡° Products¡±
    •  Input product category and choose ¡° List Under ¡± from the list of predefined category
    •  Submit when done

  3. How do I add or remove my products?
    One2furniture Pass members can add or remove products by following these simple steps:
    •  Sign in at i One2

    a) To add a product-
        •  Click ¡° Add New ¡± under ¡° Products ¡±
        •  Post a new product
        •  Submit when done

    b) To remove a product-
        •  Click ¡° Edit ¡± under ¡° Products ¡±
        •  Select the product
        •  Delete or edit the product

  4. What if I cannot upload my product images?
    You will not be able to upload your product image if the image size is over 100k. So to upload a product image, please ensure that it is 100k or smaller in jpeg or gif format by following these simple steps:
    1. Go to ¡°Start¡±-> ¡°Program¡±> ¡°Accessories¡±-> ¡°Paint¡±
    2. Choose image-> ¡°Stretch/ Skew¡±
    3. Make the necessary changes and save the image in jpeg format
    4. Right- click and go to ¡°Properties¡± to check the image size. If it still exceeds 100K, please repeat the second step to resize the image again.

  5. Would I able to view my newly updated products at One2furniture immediately after posting them?
    No. If you post or edit a product, our One2furniture service staff will review the information in order to ensure that is of the best possible quality. The process will be completed within 24 hours, and only the approved information will be available for viewing online. One2furniture reserves the right to modify any content submitted.

  6. How many products can I post up?
    Only One2furniture Pass members are allowed to post products. The limit for posting products differs according to the type of membership, ranging from a minimum of 20 products to over 80 products. One2furniture Sellers who wish to post products simply need to click on Upgrade Membership . You will be allowed to post products once you have registered as a One2furniture Pass member.

  7. What should I do if I receive an error message while uploading a product image?
    This may be caused by an internet connection problem. Try uploading again by clicking on the ¡® Edit ' link. If the problem persists, please contact us at info@one2furniture.com for assistance.



f)  Global Buyer Club

  1. What is the Global Buyer Club?
    The Global Buyer Club comprises of a worldwide network of One2furniture Buyers. One2furniture Buyers can enjoy a host of membership benefits including obtaining selling leads from furniture suppliers, One2furniture event updates, participation in trade missions, special promotions and much more.

  2. Although I am a Onefurniture Seller, why can't I view the Global Buyer Club information?
    You have to be a One2furniture Pass member in order for you to contact Global Buyer Club members or view their information. You can contact us at info@one2furniture.com to upgrade your membership or go to i One2 and simply click on Upgrade Membership. Our One2furniture service staff will attend to you shortly.

  3. What is the Global Buyer Club ¡°My Folder¡±?
    The Global Buyer Club ¡°My Folder¡± is a customised feature designed to allow One2furniture Pass members to organise buyer data into different folders. There are 3 main folder types under the Global Buyer Club ¡°My Folder¡± feature: 1- Manage my folder, 2- Not in my folder 3- Trash folder.

    To create a new folder, just follow these simple steps:
    •  Sign in at i One2 .

    a) To create a new folder
        •  Go to ¡° Manage My Folders ¡± under ¡° Global Buyer Club ¡±
        •  Input folder name and description
        •  Submit when done

  4. How many folders can I create under the Global Buyer Club?
    One2furniture Pass members can create unlimited folders under the Global Buyer Club.

  5. What is the Trash Folder?
    The Trash Folder is where you can store all the buyer data that is not relevant to your company.

  6. Can I restore the buyer data from the ¡°Trash Folder¡±?
    One2furniture Pass members can restore their buyer data from the ¡°Trash Folder¡± just by following these simple steps:
    •  Sign in at i One2 .
    •  Select the buyer data under ¡° Trash Folder ¡±
    •  Click ¡° Restore ¡±
    •  Buyer data restored to ¡° Global Buyer Club ¡±

  7. What is ¡°Not in My Folder¡±?
    The ¡°Not in My Folder¡± feature stores all buyer data from the Global Buyer Club that is not in My Folders or Trash Folder.
