   i One2 is the One2 membership for One2furniture. It allows registered members to use buyer tools such as Post Inquiry, Post Trade Leads, Edit Member Profile and so on. In order to enjoy your membership benefits, please Register as a One2furniture member and remember to log in at i One2.
   
   
2. How do I upgrade my member information?
   To modify your registered member information (i.e., Name of Contact Person, Contact No, etc.) just follow these simple steps:
   •  Sign in at i One2 .
   •  Click “ Edit ” under “ Member Profile ”.
   •  Change your member information.
   •  Submit when done
   
   
3. Would I be able to view my new edit information at One2furniture.com immediately after updating them?
   No. After you edit information, our One2furniture.com service staff will review the information in order to ensure that is of the best possible quality. The process will be completed within 24 hours, and only the approved information will be available for viewing online.

1. Will One2furniture search for sellers on my behalf?
   Onefurniture has a large user base, and thus is not capable of carrying out searches on behalf of individual users. We do provide an e-mail alert service for Trade Leads that notifies users of newly posted offers matching their specifications. The service is available to registered One2funiture members only.
   
   
2. Does One2furniture import, export or otherwise trade in products and services?
   No. One2furniture operates a digital trade center that facilitates global online trading and searching. We do not import, export, or otherwise engage in trading of any kind.

1. What is an inquiry?
   An Inquiry is an email sent to query sellers about their products, create trade leads, or acquire any other relevant information.
   
   
2. How do I send an inquiry?
   One2furniture Buyers can send inquiries to a seller through several different ways.
   •  Send from a Search Result Page
   •  After you complete a search from One2furniture.com, you can click an item to be linked to a company's homepage, product homepage or trade leads page.
   •  From the webpage, simply click the “Enquire Now” button to send an inquiry regarding the products, trade leads and companies.
   
   
3. How do I send multiple inquiries?
   To send multiple inquiries at once, just follow these simple steps:
   •  Sign in at i One2 .
   •  Select the products and click “ Add to Inquiry Basket ”
   •  Go to the top “ Inquiry Basket ” and click “ Inquiry Now ”
   •  Inquiries submission done
   
   
4. What is the Inquiry Basket?
   The Inquiry Basket works like a shopping cart. It allows you to send multiple inquiries at once (with the condition that you can only select the product from the same page). By clicking the “ Add to Inquiry Basket ' link, the products will then be moved into the Inquiry Basket. Go to the “ Inquiry Basket ” before you close the browsers or leave One2furniture.com to avoid the inquiry items from being lost.
   
   
5. Can I send an inquiry if I' m not a member?
   No. You have to be a registered One2furniture Buyer to send inquiries. If you have registered as a One2furniture Seller or One2furniture Pass member and wish to send an inquiry, just register as a One2furniture Buyer under a new account. e)  Trade Leads

1. What are Trade Leads?
   Trade Leads are where buyers and sellers directly post trade offers to buy or sell. Every new registered user can post their trade leads immediately after they log in for the first time. Unlike product catalogues which sellers post online for buyers to browse, trade leads are much more active, encouraging buyers and sellers to interact and conduct transactions directly.
   
   
2. How do I find trade leads in One2furniture.com?
   From the home page, click “ Trade Leads ” and a list of buyer and seller leads will be displayed. Or you can go directly to a company's homepage to search for the company's trade leads.

   You will automatically become Global Buyer Club member when you register as One2furniture Buyer.
